We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Compliance Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing compliance risks across the firm and providing expert advice to the Executive Team.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary degree qualification in law, commerce, economics, finance or a related field and at least 2 years' experience in a compliance-based position in the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing AML/CTF, AFSL and ACL licensing requirements
  2. Providing training and support on risk & compliance matters
  3. Monitoring incidents, breaches and complaints and embedding controls in collaboration with the Executive Team
  4. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
