Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage compliance risks across the firm including AML, CTF, AFSL, ACL, CAANZ etc.
- Provide guidance on risk matters and develop training programs for colleagues.
- Monitor incidents, breaches and complaints, and embed controls in collaboration with the Executive Team.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Offer expertise on legislative and regulatory changes that impact the company's obligations.
- Review and approve marketing materials and other external communications to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Tertiary degree qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Compliance-based position in the financial services industry.
- Experience with AML/CTF, AFSL and ACL licensing requirements is highly regarded.
- Experience working with regulatory bodies such as ASIC is highly valued.
