Freight Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of export sea freight and air freight logistics, building effective relationships with external stakeholders, and coordinating freight contractors' daily activities.
Key responsibilities include booking freight/orders with transport companies or 3PLs, checking orders and invoices for integrity, and maintaining records for accuracy.
The ideal candidate will also assist team members to ensure orders are shipped within the permitted time and promptly resolve freight issues as they arise.
About You
Strong administration skills, demonstrated experience with basic cause & effect relationships, and exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-task are essential.
The successful candidate will also have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
They will be able to interact effectively with team members and management, maintain records, and analyse data to produce accurate reports.
