Job Title: Operations Coordinator

The role of an operations coordinator is a critical position that ensures seamless execution of freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end freight forwarding activities to guarantee timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities include managing the entire shipment process from booking to job closure, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards. This involves coordinating and processing sales orders with precision and speed to ensure accurate and timely execution of shipments as per confirmed bookings.

Additionally, the operations coordinator will work closely with customers to provide status updates, respond to inquiries, and address any issues promptly. Building rapport and trust with customers through detailed profiles, managing pricing/quote inquiries, handling disputes and claims, and resolving complaints effectively are also essential aspects of this role.

As part of the team, the operations coordinator will oversee daily shipment monitoring efforts to ensure productivity meets departmental and company standards.
