Operational Freight Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Operational Freight Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

As an Operational Freight Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of freight through our depots. Your primary responsibility will be to safely manage and internally move all consignments that come in and out of our depot in a timely manner.

  • Process customer shipments with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with the operational team to ensure efficient turnaround times.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or operations environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
