Service Delivery Lead Position

We seek an accomplished and passionate individual to spearhead one of our high-performing pods, a national team of support technicians, in delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the end-to-end service experience for our clients
  • Maintain strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide day-to-day operational support
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Proven experience liaising directly with customers
  • Demonstrated expertise in Service Delivery or a closely related field within an Managed Service Provider (MSP), Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) or IT integrator environment
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery principles
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
