Technical Solutions Specialist

As a Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and find effective solutions.
Solutions EngineerYou will play a key role in guiding the sales process, focusing on both enterprise and mid-market clients. Your approach should be tailored to different audiences and take into account their specific challenges.
- Understand customer needs through consultations and discovery sessions.
- Presentation of product demos that address customer pain points.
- Collaboration with the sales team to create customized proposals and solutions.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Providing expert advice on industry best practices and standards.
- Supporting marketing efforts through webinars and promoting core messages.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
- Design and maintain demo environments for different markets.
- Create demo scripts based on customer use cases.
- Respond to technical and functional RFP requirements.
- Assist the implementation team during customer handover.
Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience- 3+ years in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or consulting in relevant fields.
- Background in Business, Engineering, or a related field; certifications like Six Sigma, ISO are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of product management software and SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, interoperability, data warehousing, and software architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in explaining technical solutions.
- Analytical, customer-focused, and effective in fast-paced team settings.
