Job Summary:

The Senior Mechanical/Piping Designer will be responsible for delivering technically sound design solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective engineering and design output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical deliverables in compliance with company requirements
  • Work with engineering specialists to ensure specification compliance and technical integrity of design
  • Prepare, check, and file design documents and deliverables
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of systems across the division
  • Support customer relations to achieve mutually satisfactory and technical program outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Senior Design professional in engineering contracting or consultancy organisations in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining & Minerals, and Infrastructure/Utilities
  • Strong experience in EPC (greenfield and brownfield) projects
  • Skills in 3D modeling, pipe isometrics, piping layouts, and independent starting of piping layouts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, Microstation, Smart 3D, SMAT, and Navisworks
