Job Description:

As a key member of our manufacturing team, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; apprenticeship completed preferred

Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $84,000 per year, plus overtime pay and performance bonuses. Additionally, we provide professional development assistance and opportunities for career advancement.

Other Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position working a standard 38-hour week plus overtime. The successful candidate will be required to work afternoon shifts (1:30pm - 10pm) Monday to Thursday and 4 hours on Fridays. A current driver's license and valid Australian work authorization are essential for this role.
