Mechanical Fitter Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team in Sunshine West. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitting and repairing equipment and vehicles, with a focus on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment, including engines and drill bits.
  • Inspect and diagnose equipment problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ensure all equipment is safe and fully operational before use.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fitting and repairing equipment and vehicles.
  • Diesel or Mechanical trade qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.
  • Drivers Licence.
  • Ability to drive a manual vehicle.
