The Opportunity

This hybrid retail position requires identifying and maximising Casual Leasing revenue, achieving agreed objectives, assisting in maximising financial performance through innovative marketing campaigns, evaluating marketing performance, and collaborating with internal teams, retailers, customers, and external contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, coordinating, and implementing content via digital platforms, campaigns, events, and activations across the shopping centre.
  • Building close relationships and working closely with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Defining and executing marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan and shopping centre direction.
  • Managing financial processes.
  • Analysing and reporting on retailers' sales performance and customer traffic.
  • Managing all digital components with an integrated approach.
  • Understanding the shopping centre, its customers, trade area, strengths, and limitations.

  • Proven experience building and managing business/sector development models, including analysis, interpretation, and execution.
