About Us

The Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll work closely with our sales and accounts teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This isn't a repetitive call-centre job – you'll gain exposure to different areas of the business, work with a variety of stakeholders, and develop skills you can use throughout your career.

Your day might include:

  • Answering and assisting with customer phone enquiries
  • Managing our shared inbox and responding to requests
  • Liaising with dealerships and suppliers
  • Completing client account reconciliations
  • Supporting the team with admin and coordination tasks

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has great attention to detail (nothing gets past you)
  • Communicates clearly and confidently – on the phone and in writing
  • Is tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and new systems
  • Can juggle tasks and manage time well
  • Bonus: Experience in salary packaging, leasing, or payroll is a plus (but not essential)
