Lease Contract Manager

As a valued Contract Administrator, your role involves the lifecycle of contracts and lease management. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop business requirement statements, negotiate agreements, procure goods and services, and manage contracts and supplier performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Effectively manage leasing activities, communication, negotiations, and record keeping for commercial and retail leased premises.
- Provide regular input and status reporting on the leased asset portfolio.
- Engage with stakeholders, including legal teams, to review, recommend, and gain approval for leasing decisions and administer active leases.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience managing the entire contract lifecycle, including development, review, negotiation, execution, record keeping, governance, performance, and closure.
- Ability to draft clear and concise communications for stakeholders and decision makers.
- Relevant experience in commercial or retail lease administration and regulatory requirements.
This is a key position requiring a motivated individual who can make an impact.
