About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Executive to join our team in Brisbane. This key role involves sourcing and securing pop-up, casual mall leasing, and third income stream opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing short-term tenants, pop-ups, and centre campaigns to maximise casual leasing revenue
  • Growing brands and businesses to explore new markets, increase sales, and cultivate brand loyalty
  • Implementing an incubator program for vendors to convert to permanent retailers
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and identifying new revenue streams
  • Analysing market trends and demographics to curate an optimal bespoke pop-up and casual mall leasing mix
  • Driving asset experience and quality revenue growth for all of our clients
  • Preparing budgets, forecasting, and reporting, monthly reporting, and asset strategy
  • Securing new clients to engage with us in all asset classes, delivering revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail leasing, casual mall leasing, or brand engagement
  • Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act and ability to interpret leases and licenses and other property documentation
  • Relationship-focused and client-centric, with genuine enjoyment building relationships and growing your profile/market share
  • Strong time management skills with a proactive and professional approach
  • Current license or registration as required by relevant statutory bodies
