Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality assurance and a deep understanding of regulated products.

The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and continuously improving the local Quality Management System (QMS). They will also act as the Responsible Person (RP) for Good Distribution Practice (GDP), GMP compliance, and Importer/Wholesaler licensing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage quality assurance activities ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain implement and continuously improve the local Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Act as the Responsible Person (RP) for Good Distribution Practice (GDP), GMP compliance, and Importer/Wholesaler licensing.
  • Manage product complaints import product batch release product recalls and quality investigations in collaboration with health authorities and business partners.
  • Evaluate audit and qualify third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy Biomedical Science or Life Sciences.
  • Strong experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of regulated products across cosmetics prescription OTC and medical devices.
  • Strong stakeholder management negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Resilient detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
