Project Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts and ensure adherence to commercial agreements.
  • Work with subcontractors to resolve problems and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Supervise daily activities and ensure work is executed as per business priorities and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate work planning and participate in daily meetings.
  • Issue non-compliance reports and monitor activities.
  • Provide progress reports and coordinate change management process.
  • Approve timesheets and invoicing.
Requirements
  • Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Previous experience in Construction Management.
  • Collaborative team player with customer- and people-oriented approach.
  • Proactive mindset in anticipating challenges and delivering solutions.
  • Computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate in English in an international team environment.
