Human Resource Advisor - Workplace Relations

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resource Advisor to join our Workplace Relations team. As a key member of the team, you will provide professional HR advice to employees and business areas on the application of our employment framework, including the Enterprise Agreement and supporting governance.

Key responsibilities include providing accurate and concise HR advice, interpreting and applying contemporary HR theory and frameworks, working collaboratively with internal teams, and maintaining effective business relationships.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in HR roles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in HR roles, either administrative, advisory and/or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
