We are seeking a skilled professional to join our national team as a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist.

This position requires expertise in providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers, ensuring optimal health outcomes through effective health engagements and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted interventions across diverse environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centers, and clinics.
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals by delivering best practice health services.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and supporting their health and wellbeing throughout the rehabilitation process.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Nursing.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with relevant governing bodies (e.g., AHPRA or ASORC).
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain necessary clearances (National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance).
