Job Opportunity: ICT Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Service Manager to join our organisation. As an ICT Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the IT service desk, ensuring service level agreement (SLA) reporting and monitoring, and providing efficient business administration support.

Requirements:

What We Offer:

  • Attractive annual salary $136,220 - $157,539 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation
  • Location: Sydney Olympic Park (flexible working arrangements considered)
