About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate to join our friendly and collaborative People & Culture (P&C) team as a P&C Assistant. This is a newly created role where you will provide critical support in various HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, onboarding and offboarding, reporting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment by advertising vacancies, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
  • Assist in coordinating our Graduate and Vacationer recruitment and training programs.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Monitor the team inbox and respond to queries from employees and managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and produce regular and ad-hoc reporting as required.
About You
  • A qualification in HR Management or a related field.
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
