About the Role

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our core engagement reporting product. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our engagement reports, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and stay at the forefront of innovation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and beyond
  • Improve and uplift detailed, information-dense UIs, with a focus on usability and efficiency
  • Work closely with product management to ensure alignment
  • Collaborate with engineers to leverage technical constraints into opportunities
  • Iterate on designs through design reviews and stakeholder sessions
  • Conduct customer research, usability testing, and desktop research to deeply understand customer needs and validate design decisions
  • Use data to analyze customer feedback, usage, and other in-product behaviors

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and working with design systems
  • Obsession with inclusive design practices, accessibility, and design standards
  • High proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping
  • Experience conducting user research & testing activities (e.g. customer interviews, usability testing, remote testing)
  • Successful delivery of end-to-end product design on projects from ideation to production
  • Passion for storytelling to take others on the journey
