Finance Leadership Role

The primary objective of this position is to lead and manage the financial operations within the Finance department.

This role requires close collaboration with senior leaders to leverage expertise in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial management role.

  • Coordinate entry allocation to align with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on salary sacrifice deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial control and reporting, maintaining compliance across financial statements.
  • Support business compliance for current statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Develop and implement audit plans and schedules.
  • Lead and manage the finance operational team, ensuring efficient processing of accounts and payroll.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to influence financial decisions that drive business success.
