Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and inventory analysis. You will work closely with various departments to provide critical financial insights that directly impact our company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, using financial insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Operations & Inventory Management: Lead financial controls and cost analysis for warehousing and manufacturing functions, enhancing inventory accuracy, and managing operational costs.
  3. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP and financial systems.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with CPA or CA qualifications highly regarded.
  2. Proven experience in manufacturing or warehousing environments, with expertise in operations accounting and cost control.
  3. Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably MYOB Advance) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  4. Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to present financial data and recommendations to senior management.
