Job Description

  • Our team is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of various projects and portfolios. This includes monitoring financial information, reviewing vendor invoicing, and maintaining cost controls.
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Portfolio Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or business, with experience in project/portfolio financial controls.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing PMO financial reporting, coordinating the monthly portfolio committee pack, and reviewing financial insights and reporting inputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in accounting or business (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a large portfolio, program or projects
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in preparing reports for executive-level audiences
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on improving management dashboards and reports
  • Proactive approach, reviewing and challenging financial cost models throughout the project lifecycle
