Job Title: Senior Manager, Commercial and Strategy

This role is responsible for driving commercial growth and strategy for the company. As a senior manager, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and commercial operations, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
  • Lead and manage projects related to commercial operations, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, or commercial finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (preferred)
  • Experience contributing to finance transformation, including system upgrades, process standardisation, and data governance (preferred)
