The role of Commercial Business Development Professional is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and shaping commercial strategy. This dynamic individual will play a key role in building powerful customer relationships, leading negotiations, and navigating complex contracts and financial models.
This professional will be accountable for the development and management of an integrated commercial strategy for the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering sustainable value. A strong understanding of operational systems, financial modeling tools, and CRM systems is essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full commercial lifecycle for new and existing customers
- Developing and managing an integrated commercial strategy for the assigned customer portfolio
- Driving revenue growth through performance optimization and contract negotiation
- Building and fostering strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or commercial management within the aviation or ground handling industry
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and complex deal management
- Strong knowledge of operational systems, financial modeling tools, and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, aviation management, finance, or a related field
- Bi-lingual in the language/s of customers desirable
