Overview

Base pay range

A$250,000.00/yr - A$270,000.00/yr

Key responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Providing pragmatic legal advice across project, construction, and energy matters
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and project delivery
  • Supporting governance, compliance, and risk management functions
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external specialist advisors
About you
  • 3–7 years' post-admission experience in commercial law (private practice or in-house)
  • Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or construction projects will be highly regarded
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
