About the Opportunity

As a Project Governance & Planning Partner at RACV, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide cadences that facilitate prioritization and organization of work and capacity across the organization for project and major feature work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate enterprise-level planning and execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain prioritized roadmaps and pipeline artefacts to inform business stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and support to stakeholders engaged in our processes and frameworks

This dynamic role requires strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to analyze complex information and create insightful reports. If you have experience in E/PMO, or direct involvement in Enterprise Strategic Planning & support, and possess a degree in Business, Risk, IT, or a related discipline, we encourage you to apply.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years' experience in E/PMO, or direct involvement in Enterprise Strategic Planning & support
  • Applied knowledge of Project, Program and Portfolio governance frameworks and Project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc.)
  • Degree in Business, Risk, IT or related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience in project delivery or governance
  • Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and build relationships
