Melbourne Airport, a leading transport hub and gateway to Victoria, is seeking a skilled Airfield Learning and Development Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive learning initiatives that cater to the diverse needs of Operations and other Melbourne Airport team members. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences and a commitment to driving performance excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective training plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality learning solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Facilitating classroom and online training programs to enhance knowledge retention and transfer.
  • Tracking and integrating relevant safety and performance standards to ensure operational excellence.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
