Role Overview

The Northwest Psychology Practice is a group of psychologists providing high-quality therapy services. We're looking for like-minded psychologists to fill a contractor position.

About the Position

We require skilled therapists who can work therapeutically with both children and adults. Candidates should be proficient in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and familiar with evidence-based treatments such as DBT, ACT and mindfulness.

Key Responsibilities
  • We seek empathic clinicians who can build rapport with clients and facilitate positive change.
  • Candidates should be team players, able to build working relationships with colleagues and healthcare providers.
  • We work with clients across various age ranges, so we're looking for therapists who enjoy working with children, teens and families.
  • Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 2 days (12 clients) per week, with flexibility during our busiest times.

To be considered, applicants must be fully registered as a psychologist with a Medicare provider number.

Clinical Psychology Registrars

We offer supervision and support to registrars as they work towards their endorsement.
