Responsibilities- Leading and supporting therapists across diverse clinical caseloads
- Contributing to design and implementation of the new graduate program for 2026
- Providing leadership and direction to the occupational therapy team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care
- Conducting complex Occupational Therapy assessments, evaluations and developing individualised care plans for children and/or adults with diverse needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, health professionals and service providers to coordinate holistic care interventions
- Assessing and prescribing assistive technology and home modifications to support client safety and independence
- Engaging in service development, clinical governance and process improvement initiatives guided by data and best-practice standards
You will be a recognised clinical leader with demonstrated supervision and mentorship experience in Occupational Therapy.
Skills and Requirements- Practised clinical decision-maker across diverse funding systems and client presentations
- Passionate about developing clinical teams and shaping future talent
- Evidence-driven clinical thinker, skilled in guiding quality improvement projects and applied practice
- Exceptional communicator with both day-to-day support and strategic service contributions
- Sound judgement balancing innovation, business goals, values and standards
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, including experience as a senior clinician
- AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience working across the lifespan
- Significant experience within the NDIS, LSA and DHS funding
- Flexible work arrangements negotiable after probation
