You're about to commence an exciting journey in your Speech Pathology career. We're seeking talented professionals to join our multidisciplinary teams and contribute to delivering exceptional therapy interventions that make a real difference in people's lives.

Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch allied health services and offering opportunities for growth and development. As a Speech Pathologist, you'll have the chance to develop your skills and build your caseload in a supportive environment.

We offer:

  • A comprehensive 12-week new graduate training program covering multidisciplinary and discipline-specific topics
  • The opportunity to shadow experienced therapists and gain hands-on experience
  • New graduate peer meetings – connect with current and former new graduates and expand your professional network
  • Frequent clinical supervision to ensure you're equipped with the necessary tools and guidance
  • Reduced billable hours as you build your caseload and refine your clinical skills

Manage your caseload to provide timely and evidence-based intervention to people across the lifespan, from pre-schoolers to adults, with a range of conditions.

Deliver interventions in various locations, including clinics, schools/preschools, in-home settings, group homes, via telehealth or at day programs. These may be delivered on an individual, group, or consultative basis.

To enhance your skills and knowledge, you'll have access to internal professional development opportunities and, following probation, can utilize a generous external professional development budget relevant to your caseload and personal development goals.
