We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Facilities Operations Specialist.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for facility management roles across client accounts. This is a part-time position working 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
  • Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures.
  • Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in facilities management, property or related role.
  • Confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively.
  • Dedicated to a customer-centric approach to all tasks.
  • Enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills.
  • Able to think quickly on their feet and problem solve.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and FM-related software.
