We are seeking an experienced Audio Facilities Specialist to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the efficient setup and operational testing of in-field audio/communications facilities for various field or studio projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To guarantee that all audio communication facilities are fully functional and patched, ready for operation by the scheduled handover time.
  • Liaise with the project's Audio Director and Technical Manager to obtain a comprehensive briefing on the production schedule for the required in-field audio and communications facilities.
  • Maintain the environment of the audio and communications facilities to be neat, tidy, and professionally presented.

In order to excel in this role, you will need to have:

  • A thorough understanding of Riedel and RTS communications systems.
  • Basic knowledge of audio consoles, particularly LAWO and Calrec.
  • Operational experience, ideally with a good grasp of these devices at an Engineering level.

This position may involve weekend and evening work. A minimum of 3 years' experience in television broadcasting is preferred.
