Job Description

The Workplace Coordinator role is responsible for managing daily workplace operations and providing versatile support across multiple office functions. This includes coordinating facility services, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various office needs through a flexible, multi-skilled approach.

The position serves as a key workplace resource, maintaining a productive office environment while adapting to diverse operational requirements. This involves coordinating daily facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and service delivery.

In addition, the Workplace Coordinator will provide administrative support, including document management and basic office functions. They will also support reception and front-of-house operations, assist with meeting coordination, room bookings, and event setup.

Furthermore, the Workplace Coordinator will provide basic IT support, coordinate space changes, assist with catering arrangements, conduct regular facility inspections, and oversee the entire vendor management process.
