Creating Seamless Conversational Experiences

We are seeking a seasoned Conversational AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering squad, you will play a pivotal role in reimagining how people interact with our platform.
You will be working on the AI that powers our conversational experiences, building scalable systems and designing intuitive interfaces that can be used across our product.
This is a deeply hands-on role where you'll be writing code, shaping features, and collaborating with software engineers to deliver ML-driven features that feel seamless and genuinely helpful.
About the Role:
- Design and Develop: Build a truly flexible and scalable conversational AI platform, designed to serve diverse use cases without custom implementations.
- Evaluate and Improve: Fine-tune and evaluate LLM-based models to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.
- Contribute to Platform Engineering: Contribute to platform engineering across both ML and backend systems—this is a highly hands-on role.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Product-Minded Approach: You bring a strong bias for action and a product-minded approach to engineering.
- Collaborative Spirit: You love getting hands-on, working side-by-side with software engineers, be willing to write limited backend production code, and solving complex engineering problems.
- Deep Experience: You have deep experience building and deploying ML-powered products, particularly in conversational AI.
