Key Responsibilities- Designing and developing a highly flexible and scalable conversational AI platform, capable of serving diverse use cases without custom implementations
- Fine-tuning and evaluating Large Language Model (LLM) based models to enhance performance, efficiency, and user experience
- Maintaining and contributing to platform engineering across both ML and backend systems - a role that demands strong technical expertise
- Exploring integrations with industry-standard tools and best practices like MCP and A2A
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI features
- Guiding and mentoring junior Machine Learning Engineers to improve engineering quality and excellence
You'll be working on the AI that powers our conversational experiences, building on top of large models and designing scalable systems that can be used across the product. This is a deeply technical role where you'll be writing code, shaping features, and working closely with software engineers.
