Human-Centred Conversation Experience Specialist

Imagine creating seamless, AI-driven experiences that delight and engage users. As a conversational designer at our organization, you will craft human-centred interactions that help people achieve their goals across various interfaces.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design agentic, generative, and procedural flows, system personalities, and capabilities. Your expertise will ensure that agent interactions are clear, inclusive, reliable, and humanised, aligned to intent and brand voice even in unexpected situations.
- Create tone variation and contextual cues to enhance relationships and disclosure with models.
- Develop dialogue or narrative trees to display pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write natural, concise language for AI-forward or driven interactions.
- Craft content with contextual awareness and personalisation where possible.
- Design for multilingual use, tone variations, and cross-cultural sensitivities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in content design, conversation design, or interaction design, with a focus on AI or agent-led experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design structured and non-linear conversation flows, considering escalation, turn-taking, and zero-UI inputs.
