Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital System Administrator to join our team.

This is a pivotal role in managing, improving, and supporting our health and safety software and digital tools.

The successful candidate will have experience in system administration and digital support, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer health and safety digital systems and ensure accurate, accessible data.
  • Deliver onboarding, induction, and system training for staff.
  • Maintain hazard, compliance, and health and safety registers as required.
  • Assist teams in embedding health and safety system use into daily operations.
  • Provide reports and insights on health and safety performance and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through system feedback and enhancement.
  • Support document control, audits, and health and safety-related process improvement.
  • Champion a positive health and safety culture and contribute to initiatives.
About the Role

This is a full-time position working 76 hours fortnight with flexible work arrangements.

Located just 15 minutes from the CBD, this role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in system administration and digital support.
  • Experience in the use of health and safety software and/or data reporting tools or similar applications.
  • Ability to manage safety registers, compliance, and maintain data integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting internal stakeholders across varied teams.
