Job Overview:

A key position in our organization seeks a dedicated and technically capable Digital Systems Administrator to manage, improve, and support WHS software and digital tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in system administration, digital support, and WHS compliance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage WHS digital systems ensuring accurate and accessible safety data.
  • Provide WHS onboarding, induction, and system training for staff members.
  • Maintain hazard, compliance, and WHS registers as required.
  • Support teams in embedding WHS system use into daily operations.
  • Deliver reports and insights on WHS performance and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through system feedback and enhancement.
  • Contribute to WHS initiatives and champion a positive safety culture.

About You:

  • Experience supporting digital systems and/or advanced administration skills in a WHS setting.
  • The ability to train and guide users on software tools effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • An understanding of WHS compliance and legislation or willingness to learn.
  • A proactive and people-first approach in the workplace.
