We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nursing professional to provide high-quality, personalized care to our residents, prioritizing their wellbeing and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff on the floor, ensuring exceptional service and clinical excellence.
  • Manage complex clinical needs, including wound care and pain management, in accordance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with a minimum 6 months post-graduate experience.
  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 6 months of experience in Aged Care as a nursing professional.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and skills, with a focus on resident-centered care.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff.
