Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents, including wound care and pain management
- Managing complex clinical needs and coordinating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Supporting care staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of care
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with a minimum 6 months post-graduate experience
- Hold a current AHPRA registration
- Have at least 6 months experience in aged care as a Registered Nurse
- Exhibit excellent clinical knowledge and skills, with a strong focus on patient-centered care
- Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff
