Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

You will provide outstanding sales and service support to customers through face-to-face interactions and inbound & outbound calls. Your responsibilities include handling Everyday Banking inquiries, account openings, and processing while balancing team, customer, risk, and performance outcomes.

Role Location : Shop 6 & 7 Westlands Plaza Shopping Centre, Wyndham Street, Roma QLD

Role Type : Permanent, Flexible Part-time

Note : Two opportunities are available, for 27.5 or 20 hours per week.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer-obsessed service to drive satisfaction and first call resolution.
  • Provide timely and accurate information on inquiries, account openings, and processes via phone and online.
  • Listen actively, build trust, ask the right questions to exceed customer expectations, and improve outcomes, resulting in high NPS scores.
  • Contribute to a balanced team culture focusing on people, customer, risk, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external requirements, legislative standards such as Privacy and FSRA, and underwriting guidelines.
