Guest Service Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our front office team on a full-time basis.

This role offers the opportunity to work for one of Australasia's largest accommodation providers, managing over 70 properties in the region and a global portfolio of 560 properties across more than 58 countries. Our brands span six continents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
  • Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with seamless communication and support.
  • Efficiently handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests.
  • Maintain accuracy in guest accounts and adhere to front office procedures.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
  • Previous front office or customer service experience (hotel preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
