Job Title: Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Front Desk Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service and support our team with day-to-day operations.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact by greeting all visitors and clients with a warm welcome, providing a positive first impression of our workplace.
  • Support the front desk, direct incoming enquiries and correspondence, and provide intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns and exceeding client expectations.
  • Assist the Facilities and wider team with coordinating tasks, reporting maintenance issues, and performing regular walk-throughs to ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and fully operational.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the planning and flawless execution of events, activations, and team initiatives.

About You:

  • Outgoing and personable with a desire to provide quality customer service, creating a welcoming environment for everyone who enters the workplace.
  • A collaborative team player who solves problems hands-on and can prioritise and juggle various responsibilities.
  • Adaptable and flexible in changing situations, able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven work experience in a related field such as hospitality, administration, event coordination, or facility/property management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and handle a varied workload.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and management in person and in writing.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating positive experiences.
