Strategic Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Strategic Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our core products, including our Main App Trading, Loyalty Programs, VISA Card and Pay, and other initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Visionary: Assist the Strategy team in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives aimed at driving commercial success.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep subject matter expertise in Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, Crypto Payments, and other relevant domains.
- Pricing Strategy Optimization: Develop optimal pricing strategies for our core products, utilizing Excel modeling and generating data-driven insights.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thematic research to advise on market/sub-sector strategy.
- Project Coordination & Management: Coordinate cross-functional projects end-to-end, from timeline/deliverable planning to tracking/reporting.
- Product Development: Design and draft requirements for new products or features.
- Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Analyze product KPIs and recommend improvements to drive revenue and user engagement.
- Strategic Partnerships & Investments: Evaluate and drive strategic and investment opportunities.
- Business Projection & Analysis: Project business results and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications and strategic pivots.
- Intellectual Prowess & Curiosity: 1-3 years of work experience in a field requiring strong problem-solving skills, e.g., management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, equity research.
- Structured Approach: Highly structured approach in thinking, analysis, and output generation.
- Quick Learner: Ability to translate newly acquired knowledge into actionable insights.
- Proven Ability: Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges or opportunities.
- Literacy in Oral & Written Communication: Excellent command of English.
- Ownership, Agility & Teamwork: Pursuit of excellence, self-driven and organized, with a relentless focus on following through on alignments and delivering results effectively.
