  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep subject matter expertise in Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, Crypto Payments, and other relevant domains.
  • Pricing Strategy Optimization: Develop optimal pricing strategies for our core products, requiring proficiency in Excel modeling and generating data-driven insights.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Develop thematic research memos to advise on market/sub-sector strategy.
  • Project Coordination & Management: Coordinate cross-functional projects end-to-end from timeline/deliverable planning to tracking/reporting.
  • Product Development: Design and draft requirements for new products or features.
  • Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Decide and analyze product KPIs and recommend improvements to drive revenue and user engagement.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Investments: Evaluate and drive strategic and investment opportunities.
  • Business Projection & Analysis: Project business results and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications and strategic pivots.
Requirements
  • Intellectual Prowess & Curiosity: 1-3 years of work experience in a field requiring strong problem-solving skills, e.g., management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, equity research.
  • Literacy in Oral & Written Communication: Excellent command of English, clarity, conciseness, and confidence in communication.
  • Ownership, Agility & Teamwork: Pursuit of excellence, self-driven and organized, high-level adaptability, excellent attention to detail, and collaborative approach to teamwork.
