Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our Front Office team and support our guests throughout their stay.

  • Providing exceptional guest experiences at every stage of the journey including reservations, arrivals, departures and during their stay
  • Representing the hotel positively and promoting our boutique brand
  • Ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for our guests using our Hotel Management System
  • Responding to and processing reservation inquiries, making recommendations and upselling rooms according to availability
  • Collaborating with other departments
  • Answering and dispatching incoming external and internal calls
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all room rates and available packages
  • Following up on all guest requests and complaints


Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A genuine desire to help people
  • Front Office/reservation experience is preferred but not essential
  • The drive to deliver exceptional guest service and problem-solving skills
  • An acute eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to flexibility to work varied shifts and hours
