The Role:

As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your professionalism, enthusiasm, and problem-solving skills will help ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism; manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints calmly and professionally, finding solutions that enhance guest satisfaction
  • Process payments accurately and manage billing for accommodation, events, and dining
  • Assist with reservations, room allocations, and maintaining accurate front desk records
  • Support restaurant, bar, and event operations as required
  • Maintain an organised and professional front desk and lobby environment
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless hotel operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, reliable, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident handling guest complaints and payments
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a boutique hotel environment
  • Previous hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
