Capability Development Specialist
We are seeking highly motivated and collaborative professionals to join our team, contributing to strategic goals in strengthening Australia's national security through digital capability decision-making.
As a specialist in capability development, you will utilize your leadership, analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to contribute to the lifecycle management of digital products and platforms.
You will identify and employ best practice analysis methods, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to support the lifecycle management of digital products and platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and analysing business and stakeholder needs to generate user stories and requirements
- Undertaking detailed analysis, including gathering information from various sources to produce consolidated reports and evidence-based advice
- Developing evidence-based recommendations to solve problems or identify opportunities within programs and projects
- Contributing to the preparation of capability development documentation, including business cases and submissions to government
- Building and cultivating constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Leading teams comprising mixed technical, strategic, and analytical skills
